Dear you,

Being an enterpreneur doesn't mean you have more free time.
Not free time, but you have definitely more time to do the things you are passionate about.

You are the boss
the leader
the thinker

You need to analyze,
make plan,
make sure the plan works,
evaluate,
make decission,
think forward,
motivate yourself,

motivate your employee,
be with them,
eat. laugh. work. solve problem. with them.

It's never been an easy job.
But we love it.
It brings joy, tear, laugh,
It shapes us
It builds us
It brings what is inside us

Bad things happen.
Your supplier sends wrong material
Your buyer demands a lot
Your customer nags
Your employee resigned
The immigration sucks
The printing messed up.
Electricity went out.

But there are three things I know for sure: God is with us; I have hard-working, reliable, motivated, trustable, energetic partners; and we have also many people who support us.
So, let's embrace this opportunity and keep our head up.
Let's continue the good work and color this world with our works.
