motivate your employee,
be with them,
eat. laugh. work. solve problem. with them.

It's never been an easy job.
But we love it.
It brings joy, tear, laugh,
It shapes us
It builds us
It brings what is inside us

Bad things happen.
Your supplier sends wrong material
Your buyer demands a lot
Your customer nags
Your employee resigned
The immigration sucks
The printing messed up.
Electricity went out.

But there are three things I know for sure: God is with us; I have hard-working, reliable, motivated, trustable, energetic partners; and we have also many people who support us.
So, let's embrace this opportunity and keep our head up.
Let's continue the good work and color this world with our works.

uda butuh istirahat, tubuh jiwa roh nya..
butuh keluarin sampah2 yg ada.
butuh dilurusin lagi otot2nya.. pikirannya.. hatinya..
dicharge lg tenaganya.
supaya tajem lagi kapaknya.
setiap masa sulit pasti lewat.. pasti.
sebab masa depan sungguh ada dan harapanmu tidak akan hilang.

busy days

been a while since the last time I posted a blog. not that I dont want to write, I have almost no time. life has been very busy since I got back to Indonesia, but yes busy is good for you, it indicates that you are alive. it is better to be busy rather than having nothing to do. :)
but despite of all the busy schedule and pressure around, I am very thankful to have great friends, great partner and colleagues amd supportive people around me. thank you all..

anak kos belajar bersyukur

kita punya kecenderungan utk nyalahin kondisi, termasuk saya, kadang2 ga sadar tiba2 ud keluar aja alasan n argumen2 yg pokoknya ga bisa dibantah orang laen lagi. tujuannya sih satu, membenarkan diri sendiri, seolah2 we have no responsibility to it anymore. i am not the cause, the situation is.
hari ini cape banget, pikiran full, hati juga lg ga enak.. beres ngelesin (lumayan hepi sih hr ini, krn adrian dipuji gurunya krn kuis bionya bagus, christian jg belajar sciencenya pinter, adeline spt biasa-always rajin)...siap2 mandi.. pgn istirahat.. nasib anak kos, ga punya water heater.. masak air deh pake termos listrik, my guts has said "listrik uda mau abis d pasti, sono liat meteran di bawah, drpd ntr jepret.." cuma dasar uda males n ngentengin, akhirnya ga jd deh liat meteran n lgs masak air.
bener ajaaa, gelap tiba2 serumah2, intip jendela, yaaahhhh org laen terang.. see, see, bener ajeee.. groarr.. tp krn airnya jg uda anget akhirnya memutuskan untuk mandi dulu dgn bantuan lilin.
males banget buat pergi ke atm isi voucher listrik, ah uda malem ini pikirnya, ga perlu ac deh, buka aja horden, terang jg kok ada lampu tetangga.. tp pas liat bb n hp, wadawww uda koneng aja ni batre.. yah mo ga mau de, ke atm juga..
sambil d jln, mulai tanpa sadar mikirrr, napa sih ada sistem ky gini.. ngerepotin nh.. ah ambil untung aja nih, prepaid system.
mustinya org dikasi pilihan donk.. klo mau postpaid n pasti bayar knp ga postpaid aja sh.. huh huh huh.. blm lg klo atm nya rusak (pdhl jls2 atmnya deket, sepi ,lancar)... ngedumel de akhirnya..
tp trs tiba2 kaya ada yg ngingetin.. dulu pas di cina juga prepaid system. belinya jauh lg, d kantor sekolah, ga bs sembarang atm.. ngantri sm org cina tau sndiri.. blm lg klo wiken cm buka setengah hari.. jd klo sabtu sore tiba2 abis listrik, ya alamat gelap gulita de mpe senin. klo lg winter, males bgt jalan ksananya.. summer jg, panasnya bikin basah kuyup.. duh, difficult times bgt de klo uda deket2 abis listrik.
hm, iya ya, well at least disini banyak hal yg bisa disyukuri.. hal A mungkin lbi baik, hal B mungkin lebi buruk.. try to enjoy it aja deh..
akhirnya 10 menit yg lalu rumah kos saya uda terang benderang lagi...
....cuma...sy baru sadar klo aqua abis... dan i cuma pny sisa aqua setengah gelas..
anak kos... anak kos... untung alfa mart di depan kompleks..

Pasir Panjang Beach, Singkawang, MUST visit!!

Having a chance to visit West Borneo, we didn't miss the chance to enjoy Pantai Pasir Panjang  (Long Sand beach) in Singkawang.
Every people knew that we're going to Pontianak and Singkawang all said that we should not miss the beach....and its hill... :-)
We were thankful for our brother and sisters, Mr. Lucas, Mrs. Christin and Wisda who warmly hosted us and drove us to Rindu Alam hill and Pasir Panjang beach. We only had 2 hours in the morning to visit all the places as well as having breakfast. Applause for Singkawang's traffic and road.
And the beach......is....beautiful... They have more 'cotton' clouds than people there :-D
Warm day...

Singkawang derives from its Chinese name,
山口洋, shan kou yang. Shan 山 is mountain, as we can see on our right hand. kou 口 is mouth, the shape of the area. Yang 洋 is the ocean.

How to get there?
Jakarta to Pontianak flight 1.5 h by Garuda. And then take taxi travel to Singkawang for 70.000Rp. Singkawang is 3 h driving diatance from Pontianak.

Bobrok

Manusia itu sangat bobrok ternyata. Hati dan motivasinya kadang tersembunyi, namun apabila kita cek, really we are helpless broken and wretched before God. Bahkan ketika kita awal mau ikut Tuhan aja kita ga punya kok kesadaran penuh bahwa kita ini berdosa, mau mengasihi Tuhan dan bertobat, rindu melayani dan mengikut Tuhan (at least for me). Ga ada kalau kaya gitu keselamatan jadi hasil usaha kita x ya..

1. Si anak bungsu mau balik ke papanya dgn motivasi perut lapar.. At least gua ga mati.. Ih, pekerja d rumah bapa aja makanannya berlimpah, sedangkan gua disini ampas babi haram aja ga dikasih. Yada gua mau minta ampun, n minta jadi budak aja, ga usa jd anak.
2. Wanita Samaria bhadapan dgn sumber air hidup...dia cuma mau sumber airnya dgn motivasi dia ga usa lg susah2 siang2 tengah hari bolong pepanasan ngambil air.
3. Yesus bilang sm org2 yg cari Dia stlh Dia nyebrangin danau Tiberias: lu org cari gua bukan krn mukjizat, tp krn lu uda makan roti.

Bobrok ya... Yes i am fully broken without You. Thank  u Tuhan uda pilih saya... Thank you buat grace, anugrah yg Tuhan taro brikan buat saya. Ajar saya Tuhan utk skrg hidupi hidup yg penuh anugrah ini dgn penuh tanggung jawab. Amin.
